Role Description

We are seeking an accomplished Multi-Tower Solutions Architect - AI & Autonomous Operations with strong, hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Automation.

This is a senior strategic solutioning role that requires the ability to architect enterprise-scale, AI-first transformation solutions across multiple IT service domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep AI/ML expertise, enterprise architecture exposure, and the ability to design intelligent, self-healing, and autonomous operations.

Exposure to IT Infrastructure services (e.g., cloud, network, workplace, service desk, security) is a strong plus, enabling tighter integration of AI with foundational technology layers.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the end-to-end enterprise architecture and solutioning for multi-tower transformation programs spanning Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Security, and other core IT domains.
• Design scalable architectures that seamlessly embed AI, ML, and AIOps capabilities into enterprise environments.
• Translate complex business requirements into AI- and tool-enabled architecture blueprints aligned with customer transformation goals.
• Ensure interoperability, resilience, and governance across multiple domains, tools, and platforms.

AI, Automation & Tool Strategy

• Drive the AI-first, platform led architecture strategy, applying Cognitive AI, ML models, and agentic frameworks to deliver autonomous operations at enterprise scale.
• Architect solutions leveraging platforms such as ServiceNow, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Splunk, BMC Helix, and automation frameworks like UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
• Define reusable AI solution blueprints, integration patterns, and accelerators for predictive and self-healing operations.
• Align AI and automation architectures with enterprise standards, governance, and compliance requirements.

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

• Partner with pursuit and sales teams to build AI-led transformation narratives for large and complex deals.
• Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and PoCs to demonstrate tangible AI and automation value.
• Engage confidently with CXO-level stakeholders, linking solution architecture to measurable business outcomes

Innovation & Governance

• Continuously assess and adopt emerging AI/ML models, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AIOps tools to evolve Microland's Multi-Tower Autonomous Operations stack.
• Define solution standards, governance models, and integration guardrails to ensure consistency across domains.
• Contribute to the creation of AI accelerators, reference architectures, and enterprise transformation playbooks.

Required Skills & Experience

• AI & Cognitive Expertise (Mandatory)
• Strong, hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Automation, and Machine Learning.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying AI/ML solutions that drive predictive, preventive, and autonomous IT operations.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic AI architectures, and intelligent automation strategies at scale.
• Ability to integrate AI with complex enterprise IT ecosystems.

Enterprise Architecture Exposure

• 20+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in solution architecture and enterprise-scale design.
• Strong understanding of how multiple IT service domains integrate into a unified enterprise architecture.
• Ability to define architecture guardrails, governance models, and interoperability frameworks.

Tool & Platform Expertise

• Hands-on with automation frameworks such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere or solutioning exposure to platforms like ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, Splunk, BMC Helix is desired
• Experience in integrating and orchestrating multiple tools to build cohesive enterprise automation platforms.

IT Infrastructure Exposure (Preferred)

• Experience or exposure to infrastructure domains such as Cloud, Network, Workplace, Service Desk, and Security.
• Ability to map AI-driven solutions onto existing infrastructure landscapes for end-to-end transformation.
