*Role Overview*

We are seeking a talented and experienced *Social Media Manager* who can manage multiple social handles with confidence, strategy, and creativity. You must be polite, empathetic, and highly effective at communication—especially in *English*—and have a deep understanding of audience behavior, engagement strategies, and content trends.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies for multiple clients and our in-house brand
- Schedule, publish, and optimize engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns aligned with business goals using organic and paid strategies
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, DMs, and customer interactions
- Translate client briefs into content strategies that resonate with their target audience
- Analyze performance metrics, create insightful reports, and suggest actionable improvements
- Stay updated with platform changes, social trends, and content formats
*Key Requirement - Video Editing (Must Have)*

*You must have at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in short-form video content creation and editing.*
- *Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is mandatory*
- Ability to create reels, motion graphics, and visually engaging short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Understand pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific video standards
- Fluent in written and spoken English with a natural flair for online communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects with clarity
- Positive, humble, and collaborative—aligned with our simple living, high thinking philosophy
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Bonus: Knowledge of basic design and branding principles
