**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand the needs of clients and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- **Product Promotion**: Promote life, health, vehicle, or general insurance products based on the company’s portfolio.
- **Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster trust and long-term business.
- **Client Onboarding**: Assist in the onboarding process, ensure all documentation is completed accurately, and explain policy details.
- **Achieve Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and business objectives set by management.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the insurance sector.
- **Customer Service**: Provide post-sales support, handle customer queries, and process claims efficiently.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services (preferred).
- **Licensing**: Possession of relevant insurance licenses (e.g., life and health insurance license) is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
