Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
- Proactively identify and approach new potential clients to expand the business.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, research, and referrals.
2. Understanding Client Requirements:
- Engage with clients to understand their product needs and specifications.
- Provide guidance and solutions tailored to client requirements.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
4. End-to-End Transaction Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery of materials.
- Monitor dispatches, ensuring smooth operations from loading to unloading of materials.
5. Payment and Requirement Follow-Up:
- Regularly follow up with clients for new orders, feedback, and payment collections.
6. Reporting and Coordination:
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, lead status, and dispatch progress.
- Coordinate with the GM/VP for strategy alignment and operational updates.
Desired Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of steel products and industry practices is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing and sales role.
- Prior experience in the steel industry is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
