Job Title: Project Sales Executive (Outdoor)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/- per month (as per experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Executive (Outdoor) to drive project-based business development and promote our electrical products across commercial, residential, and institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in project sales for lighting and electrical products.
  • Identify potential commercial and government projects for product specification and sales.
  • Meet and coordinate with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and consultants.
  • Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring strong client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, order processing, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Electrical field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in project or B2B sales, preferably in lighting, electricals, or construction industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in field sales.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
