Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily dispatch operations.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and loading of finished goods.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, gate passes, and related documentation.
- Monitor vehicle movements, track shipments, and follow up with transporters.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards during dispatch.
- Optimize space utilization, packaging, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer/ distributor queries related to dispatch status.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (any stream).
- 2-3 years of experience in dispatch/ logistics/ warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation, ERP/Excel, and transport coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Location: Panchkula, Haryana

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 2 years (preferred)
