**Job Description: Dispatch Executive**

**Responsibilities:

Generate shipping labels accurately and efficiently for outgoing packages.

Verify the accuracy of shipping information, including addresses, product codes, and quantities.

Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products according to company standards.

Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for shipping.

Communicate with carriers and logistics partners to arrange for timely and cost-effective shipments.

Maintain organized records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize and fulfill shipping orders promptly.

Resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues in a timely and effective manner.

Assist in inventory management by keeping track of shipping supplies and materials.

Utilize shipping software and tools to streamline the shipping process.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling and shipping products.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in shipping or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with shipping software and label generation tools.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physical capability to lift and move packages as needed.

Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
