**Operations Executive**

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Executive to oversee

in improving productivity, optimizing procedures, and ensuring smooth execution

of operational workflows**.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Coordinate between internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, HR, etc.)

to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end pharma operations, including production planning,
- procurement, inventory, and dispatch.
- Support compliance audits (internal and external) and maintain all necessary
- documentation.
- Assist in budget planning and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical operations and manufacturing processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail and process-oriented thinking

**Qualifications**:
**BBA** and **MBA**.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
