**Job Designation**

Operations Executive

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

As an Operations Executive at Pastiche Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our cab fleet services. You will be responsible for various aspects of daily operations, working closely with drivers and other team members to maintain service excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Coordinate daily cab dispatch activities, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers.
- Monitor cab schedules and driver assignments to optimize fleet utilization.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, striving to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the drivers to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and finance, to streamline operations.
