Job Profile: Operations Executive

Location: Panchkula

Experience: 1 -2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Platform Management**
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory on the ONDC platform.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and quality standards.

**2. Sales Team Coordination**
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard sellers onto the platform.
- Provide operational support for sales processes, including data management and follow-ups.

**3. Demos and Onboarding**
- Conduct product demos for potential clients to showcase the benefits of using the platform.
- Assist sellers with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.

**4. Data Reporting**
- Prepare and share operational reports to track platform performance.
- Provide insights to internal teams based on data trends and analytics

**5. Vendor and Team Support**
- Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to resolve queries.
- Ensure operational efficiency and provide support for day-to-day activities.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client demos.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹10,718.27 - ₹27,057.78 per month
