Job Title: Field Executive - Loan Verification

The Field Executive - Loan Verification is responsible for conducting thorough and accurate verification of loan applicants' information. This role involves visiting applicants' residences or places of employment, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring that all information provided by the applicants is genuine and complies with the company's loan approval policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Applicant Verification:
Verify personal, financial, and employment details as per the company's guidelines.

Cross-check the authenticity of documents such as ID proofs, address proofs, income proofs, and employment records.

Documentation:
Collect necessary documents from the applicants and ensure they are complete and accurate.

Maintain detailed records of verification activities and findings.

Prepare comprehensive reports on each verification case for the loan processing team.

Communication:
Interact professionally with applicants to gather required information.

Liaise with employers, landlords, and other relevant parties to verify details provided by applicants.

Communicate any discrepancies or red flags to the loan processing team promptly.

Compliance:
Ensure all verification processes adhere to legal and company guidelines.

Maintain confidentiality of applicants' personal and financial information.

Stay updated with the latest verification techniques and fraud detection methods.

Reporting:
Submit timely and accurate reports to the loan processing team.

Provide insights and feedback to improve verification processes and reduce fraud risks.

Document and escalate any issues or challenges encountered during verification.
