Sales Executive

To increase the sales in the currently existing markets by maximizing point of sales
- Performing regular duties as an account manager on top of driving special projects.
- Drive growth of all strategic accounts and onboard a targeted set of clients.
- To enhance Sales in key Accounts by building strong relationships with the key person of the Hotel/ Restaurant/caterers/Bakery.
- To ensure the smooth execution of different promotional activities to be conducted from time to time.
- Manage the assigned accounts from onboarding to payment collection.
- To ensure that planned sales targets are met.
- Have an insight into market & industry trends, competitors, and leading customer acquisition strategies.
- Grow the order volumes and improve the overall delivery experience by coordinating with the respective teams.
- Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- Ability to use your own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
- Basic excel knowledge and tech-savvy.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people both internally and at the client's end.
**Qualifications/Skills required**
- Retail or FMCG Horeca/ institutional sales experience will be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Knowing the local language is mandatory.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
