**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

Job Summary:
As a B2B Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients and generating new leads through cold calling. Your goal is to introduce our products/services, build rapport with prospects, and ultimately schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a proactive attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to targeted B2B prospects following a provided list or researching leads independently.
- Introduce our company's products/services to potential clients and effectively articulate the value proposition.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information about the prospect's needs, pain points, and budget constraints.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
- Identify decision-makers and influencers within the prospect organizations.
- Handle objections and effectively address questions from prospects.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls/meetings for the sales team to further nurture leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback on prospect responses.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly cold calling targets and lead generation quotas.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Persistent, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Familiarity with the industry or product category is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
