**Position: Cluster Co-Ordinator**

**Location: Various Locations (UP & HR) - Arth ASK Centre’**

**B2C, Field Sales.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for identifying, creating and developing customer base in the business centres
- Responsible for offering and selling financial services solutions, especially micro credit to MSMEs in the centres
- Maintain & review cluster MIS in system and records at the centres
- Solve customer related issues and support customer query resolution
- Maintain brand presence and good repute in the centres
- Manage the ASK Centre business portfolio
- Daily task to include customer and market visits - to ensure
- Customer Loan Requests
- Complete Customer Application Forms
- Financial Literacy & Awareness
- Follow up on repayments
- Ensure timely collections
- Customer engagement
- Cross sell insurance solutions
- Engage with channel partners for lead generation

**Skills required**
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in MSME lending / financial solutions/ distribution businesses
- Good communications and interpersonal skill;
- Dedicated & passionate about impact & community related work
- Good command of spoken and written in both Hindi & English;
- Proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel
