
Territory Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Staffing**:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of unskilled and skilled manpower for the factory.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract labor from various sources.
- Coordinate with local employment agencies and conduct hiring drives to ensure staffing needs are met.
**Employee Relations**:
- Foster a positive working environment by maintaining regular communication with employees at all levels.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular employee engagement activities to enhance team morale.
**Performance Monitoring**:
- Track and monitor employee performance through periodic reviews and feedback mechanisms.
- Work with department heads to identify and resolve performance issues and recommend training programs where necessary.
- Help develop and implement performance improvement plans.
**Factory Discipline & Compliance**:
- Ensure adherence to factory policies, including attendance, punctuality, and workplace behavior.
- Enforce factory discipline by addressing non-compliance and handling disciplinary actions when needed.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- **HR & General Administration**:
- Oversee HR administrative functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, payroll coordination, and record maintenance.
- Manage general administrative tasks such as overseeing housekeeping, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment, and coordinating with external vendors for maintenance works etc.
**Employee Welfare & Grievance Handling**:
- Address employee grievances related to workplace conditions, pay issues, or any other concerns.
- Serve as a mediator between employees and management to ensure grievances are resolved effectively and quickly.
- Coordinate welfare activities such as health camps, insurance claims, and safety training programs.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Executive in a garment or manufacturing facility.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in recruiting unskilled manpower and labor management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee grievances.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain discipline and implement factory rules with empathy and firmness.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
