**Responsibilities**:
**1. Supporting Head Chef**:Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to execute the menu and maintain high culinary standards.
Assist in planning and developing new menu items.

**2. Food Preparation**:Ensure all ingredients are prepared and ready for service according to established recipes.
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.

**3. Cooking and Presentation**:Execute cooking techniques and presentation styles as directed by the Head Chef.
Maintain consistency and quality in all dishes served.

**4. Team Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Provide guidance and support to kitchen team members.

**5. Inventory Management**:Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock rotation.
Minimize waste and control costs through efficient use of ingredients.

**6. Adherence to Standards**:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

**Requirements**:
**1. Culinary Education**:Culinary school graduate or equivalent work experience.

**2. Experience**:Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.

**3. Skills**:Proficient in various cooking techniques and food preparation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**4. Team Player**:Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**5. Passion for Food**:Genuine passion for culinary arts and a desire to contribute to a positive dining experience.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
