Key Responsibilities:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, cleaning and peeling produce, and measuring ingredients.
- **Cooking**: Under supervision, help with cooking tasks such as grilling, boiling, frying, or baking, depending on the section of the kitchen.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensure the kitchen and workstations are kept clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- **Stocking and Inventory**: Assist with managing kitchen supplies, restocking ingredients, and checking stock levels.
- **Following Recipes**: Help ensure dishes are prepared according to the chef's recipes and standards.
- **Assisting in Different Kitchen Sections**: Depending on the size and structure of the kitchen, a commis chef may rotate between various kitchen sections like hot, cold, pastry, or prep.
- **Learning and Development**: Continuously learn new cooking techniques, kitchen management skills, and gain experience to eventually move up in the kitchen hierarchy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
