Overview:
The Position holder will be responsible for payables, GST & book keeping activities

**Responsibilities**:

- Process all Invoice verifications for Raw Material, packing Material, OGS and capex
- Ensure timely payments to vendors as per terms of Payment
- Process all Import MIROs
- Work with SSC & Treasury to ensure all duty and Import vendor payments are timely accounted for
- Responsible for Payments thru Citi Bank Portal
- Resposible for preparation of Balance sheet schedules
- Preparation of Detailed analysis on All Clearing accounts and Accounts Payable
- Resolve all Vendor Payment and reconciliation issues with procurement team
- Preparation of FTM and YTD MOH
- Responsible for preparation of accurate MOH provisions at monthend with all budget holders
- Work with all Budget Holders for MOH Plan Vs actuals Cause of change
- Prepare MOH Forecasts - Quarterly and AOP with Detailed Cause of Change
- MOH and S&D Month end actual pack preparation and cause of change
- Assist Technical team in validating all capex costs incl taxation prioir to Trackwise upload
- Preparation of Month end actual capex report for BU & Month end pack
- Update capex tracking sheet -Finance part
- Work as SAP Super User for Finanace
- Finanace data Steward for all Innovations
- Responsible for Power Sterring for the site
- Interact with BU Legal for GST/Excise, VAT and any other taxation issues
- LUT approval from GST Department
- Close all queries of GST department if any
- Input credit reversal under GST for expired RMPM and FG
- GST Mismatching Resoilution (B1, B2 and B3)
- Work with Vendor on GST issue resolution and ensured no loss in GST mismatching
- Close Pending Sales tax assessments

Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 Years of Experience in accounts Payables

Educational Qualification : Bcom or Mcom /CA Inter

Sound knowledge in SAP is required

Experience of Liasioning with GST Deptt.
