ob Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online store (Shopify), marketplace operations (Pepperfry,etc.), and ensure smooth order processing, vendor coordination, and customer experience. This role will be responsible for driving online sales, managing product listings, optimizing content, and handling day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Website & Shopify Store Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify website.
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Coordinate with designers for product banners, visuals, and layout improvements.
- Monitor website performance, suggest UX improvements, and troubleshoot issues.
- Online Marketplace Management
- Handle operations for platforms like Pepperfry, etc.
- Manage listings, pricing, inventory sync, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and resolve any account-related issues.
- Coordinate onboarding on new platforms if needed.
- Order Management
- Process and fulfill online orders (website and marketplace).
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and tracking.
- Maintain order records and manage returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Ensure packaging standards are met for premium product delivery.
- Vendor & Inventory Coordination
- Work with warehouse/inventory teams to manage stock availability.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely product updates and restocking.
- Raise purchase orders and track incoming stock as needed.
- Customer Service & Support
- Resolve issues related to orders, returns, product info, etc.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and communication.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on sales performance, product-wise trends, and traffic.
- Monitor key KPIs such as conversion rate, cart abandonment, etc.
- Suggest actions based on data insights to improve sales.
- Marketing Support
- Coordinate with digital marketing team for SEO, ads, and campaigns.
- Upload and schedule promotional banners and discount codes.
- Assist in executing seasonal promotions or launch campaigns.

Key Skills Required:

- Experience with Shopify (must)
- Experience in managing Marketplace seller accounts
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
- Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Knowledge of inventory and logistics coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English

Qualifications:

- BBA/MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce or online retail operations
- Experience with furniture/home décor industry is a plus
