Job Responsibilities:
1)Calling Sales:
Initiate and manage sales calls to potential and existing clients.
Provide information about our loan products and services.
Convert leads into successful sales.

2)Maintain Relationships with Clients:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

3)Back Office Work:
Perform administrative duties to support the sales and customer service teams.
Manage client databases and ensure records are up-to-date.
Prepare reports and documentation as required.

3)Coordination:
Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in the execution of sales and marketing campaigns.

4)DSA Partner
Development:
Identify and onboard new Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs to increase company reach and sales.
Provide training and support to DSA partners.

5)Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of the banking and loan industry is a plus.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
