Procurement Executive Job Description:
1) Analyze all supplier in order to select the most suitable who are able to deliver high quality products.

2) Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

3) Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.

4) Develop purchasing & Sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preference study.

5) Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.

6) Maintaining PR, PI in records based on spend approvals / supporting documents by user departments HOD.

7) Convert PR, PI’s in duly approved P.O.’s

8) Manage various RFX such as RFQ, Follow up for quotes, compare quotes and support in generating savings.

9) Resolve vendor queries, ensure up to date documentation as per Internal, External Statutory Audit requirement.

10) Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule to ensure on time deliveries of final product.

11) Develop, Implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost saving targets.

12) Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategies.

13) Perform regular performance & Weekly Reports focusing on overall sourcing requirement.

14) Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all procurement transaction.

15) To update all the purchase entries in Company’s ERP Software & maintain records.

**Salary**: From ₹450,000.00 per year
