Purpose of the job:
We are looking to hire an experienced Procurement Executive who will be handling all IT related procurement activities & asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for Procurement Executive
- Work under the guidance of Procurement Lead
- Identify suppliers of goods and services
- Liaise with suppliers regarding updates and details of goods.
- Request purchase orders from finance team and tally these with supply requests and orders.
- Analyse invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered
- Maintain / Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive.
- Assist in building of laptops/ MAC as per company standards and coordinating with the admin team for delivery of the same to end-user if remote.
- Participate in audits and provide relevant evidence as and when required.
- Logging calls with vendor for hardware issues and arranging shipping if remote user.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience:
Qualifications for Procurement Executive
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Procurement Executive in the same area.
- Additional certification in the field of procurement desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building
- Flexible to work extended hours as and when required.
