Purchase / Procurement Executive:
**Role & Responsibility**:

- Assist in Monitoring stock levels and identify **purchasing needs of materials - Electrical, hardware, cables, wires, panels, switchgears etc.**

*Assist in implementation and negotiation of new deals with the existing vendors/dealers based on market reports.
- Assist vendor contract negotiation.
- Responsible for development of vendors as per the procurement plan under supervision. Of the Procurement Manager.
- Systematic maintenance of records and audit trails of quotation, orders, contracts, agreements, payments.
- Coordination with finance team for timely releasing the supplier payments, liabilities.

**Skills & Requirement**:
