**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement & Relationship Management**:
Establish and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters. Provide expert advice and consult with clients on property transactions.
- **Property Sales & Leasing**:
Present and market properties effectively to potential buyers and renters. Arrange property viewings, showings, and conduct open houses to generate interest and sales.
- **Market Research & Insights**:
Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and new listings. Offer clients detailed market analysis to help them make informed decisions.
- **Lead Generation & Networking**:
Actively seek new leads through various channels including networking, referrals, online listings, and prospecting calls.
- **Negotiation & Contract Facilitation**:
Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes. Assist clients in drafting, reviewing, and signing contracts in compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
- **Administrative Duties**:
Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client communications using the company’s CRM system. Ensure all paperwork is properly completed and submitted.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire property transaction process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or a strong interest in pursuing a career in real estate.
- A valid real estate license (as required in the location of employment).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills and an ability to close sales.
- Motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets, trends, and laws is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other real estate tools.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
