Job Description for Bank Insurance Agent:
Position: Bank Insurance Agent

Location: Gurugram

Experience: Minimum 1 year in selling Bank insurance products

Education: Graduation mandatory

Working Days: 6 days a week

**Salary**: Up to 5 LPA + Incentives

Immediate Joining

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell a range of insurance products offered by the bank to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
- Explain insurance policies, coverage details, and benefits to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other bank staff to cross-sell and promote insurance products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market competition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and relationship-building.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in selling Bank insurance products.
- Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and financial services.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Immediate availability to join.
