We are seeking a Junior Sales Associate to support our AI Agent Services sales team — with a focus on SMB adoption, pilot programs, and marketplace growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career, eager to learn AI-driven solutions selling, and hungry to grow in a high-energy startup.

**Role Overview**

You will assist in generating leads, qualifying prospects, running outreach campaigns, and supporting

sales managers in closing deals for AI agent-based services. Your work will directly contribute to

SMB adoption and marketplace expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify SMB prospects across industries (retail, education, healthcare, services).

Sales Support
- Qualify inbound leads and set up demos for Sales Managers.
- Prepare sales decks, case studies, and assist in proposal drafting.

Customer Engagement
- Join client meetings, take notes, and follow up with prospects.
- Build relationships with SMB decision-makers (owners, managers, IT heads).

Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update dashboards.
- Track progress of AI Agent adoption pilots and subscriptions.

Market Research
- Gather insights on SMB adoption trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales / business development (preferably tech or SaaS).
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi).
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and SMB digital transformation.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, target-oriented.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Prior exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or AI/automation sales is a plus.
- Quick learner, willing to grow into full-cycle sales.
- Team player with a “startup mindset” — adaptable, resourceful, and resilient.
