**Shift**: US Shift (Night Shift)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **International Sales**.
- **Excellent English communication skills** - both verbal and written.
- Willing to work in **US Shift (Night Shift)**.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using MS Office/CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
