**About the Role**:
We are seeking dynamic and driven **MBA students or fresh graduates** with a passion for **technology sales and business development** to join our IT Sales B2B team. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in the field of IT products and services sales across the B2B market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential B2B clients for IT services and products
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and digital outreach
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals
- Support in managing CRM and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing team for customized client solutions
- Follow up with leads and support client onboarding
- Represent the company at events, expos, and networking sessions

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- MBA pursuing or completed (Marketing / IT / Business Development specialization preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in B2B sales and the IT industry
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
- Understanding of IT products (software, cloud, SAAS, etc.) is an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
