**Join Our Team as a Student Relationship Officer**

Are you passionate about empowering youth and driving meaningful change? Lighthouse Communities Foundation is seeking a dedicated Student Relationship Officer to ensure the successful implementation of our skilling programs and foster a thriving community of learners.

**About the Role**:

- **Program Throughput**: Ensure seamless implementation of programs at our center to meet targeted outcomes.
- **Cultivating Leaders**: Work closely with youth at every stage of the program to inspire leadership. Identify and engage a group of volunteers from each batch to raise awareness and participate in activities.
- **Skill Completion Tracking**: Monitor attendance, highlight challenges, and provide constructive feedback to the skilling team to ensure all students successfully complete their training.
- **Placement Preparedness**: Collaborate with the placement team to ensure each student receives thorough preparation and participates in scheduled interviews.
- **Retention & Sustainability**: Focus on strategies to retain students and sustain program impact.
- **Data Management**: Maintain up-to-date records in the mastersheet/WeConnect, analyze data for insights, and document findings to guide center strategies.
- **Center Management**: Assist the Center Head with overall management and embody the values of the Lighthouse culture.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: BBA/MBA/MSW or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 3-4 years in skilling and livelihood programs, preferably with low-income groups.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- **Analytical Skills**: Sound conceptual abilities and numerical skills for effective data management.
- **Relationship Builder**: Ability to connect with external stakeholders and foster collaboration.
- **Empathetic Approach**: Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making a positive social impact.

**Ready to Make a Difference?**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
