**About the role**:
1**.Program Throughput**: Ensure smooth program implementation at the center to achieve the given targets

2.**Alumni community leaders**:Working/ interacting closely with the youth at each program stage to ensure a leader within each one of them. Identify a group of volunteers per batch/ vounteer per month to spread awareness about the program and participate in program activities.

3. **Successful skill completion with demonstrable learning session**Challenges should be highlighted, attendance tracked, follow-ups shared and feedback provided to the skilling team in order to ensure completion.

4. **Placement preparedness and placements.**Work closely with the placement YC to ensure that each student goes through placement preparedness and attends the schedule interviews

5.Retention & Sustainability

6.**Data management and Technology platform **Ensure that the mastersheet/ WeConnect is updated for all program stages on timely basis. Analyse the data to share insights with the center teams to create better impact/ suggest change in strategy. Documentation must be presented for each of these insights.

7.**Overall center management and Model behaviour**1. Practice model behaviour in alignment with Lighthouse culture. Assisting Center heads in overall center management.

**Who we are looking for**:

- **Education : BBA/MBA/MSW**:

- **Experience: 3 -4 years of experience preferably in a skilling & Livelihood program.**:

- **Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi,Hindi and English**:

- Experience of working with low-income groups is a must
- Sound conceptual ability and number-skills
- Ability to build rapport with external stakeholders
- **Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills**:

- Empathy, patience and a genuine interest in and commitment to doing social good.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
