- **Job Description**:
- Following an escalation matrix for customer service using TAT based approach
- Will be responsible for collection of the pending fees.
- To be in constant touch with the students to ensure that they complete the course in timely

manner.
- indicators (KPIs)
- Preparing reports for your Line Manager on performance against these KPIs

Requirement:
- Graduate with excellent communication skills.
- Should be a customer centric and approachable individual.
- Experience in customer service will be an added advantage.
