Adreso is hiring **Social Media Executive **for a business management consultancy firm in **Panaji, Goa**. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced to join the team and drive recruitment efforts within the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all the social media platforms.
- Creating company brand awareness by creating innovative and engaging social media content.
- Social Media Engagement, ensuring there is an increase in followers on all platforms.
- Design and produce graphics for the company as and when needed.
- Ensure the Company Website's hygiene and health.
- Able to generate leads through social media.
- Making sure the SEO work is being taken care of.
- Planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic, engagement. Able to meet deadlines.
- Keep up to date with the social media trends.
- Organize and plan meetings with the team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Discussing and reporting the daily tasks to the supervisor.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.

**Qualifications**:

- B.COM, BBA, MBA.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in social media tools.
- Minimum 2.5 - 3 years of experience in the social media field.

**Experience**:

- Total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Social media marketing: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person - Panaji, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
