**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**We are seeking a dynamic, skilled Social Media Executive with a background in Business Development to join our team.**

**Creating and executing social media plans to raise brand visibility, engagement, and business growth will be your job as a social media executive. You will also collaborate closely with the business development team to find new prospects, form alliances, and support initiatives aimed at generating revenue.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø **Managing all the social media platforms.**

Ø **Creating company brand awareness by creating innovating and engaging social media content.**

Ø **Social Media Engagement, making sure there is increase in the followers on all platforms.**

Ø **To create and publish articles.**

Ø **Design and produce graphics for the company as and when needed.**

Ø **Ensure the company Website hygiene and health.**

Ø **Able to generate leads through social media.**

Ø **Making sure the SEO work is being taken care of and to increase website visibility and search rankings.**

Ø **Planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic, engagement and leads.**

Ø **Creating and promoting company blogs.**

Ø **Able to meet deadlines.**

Ø **Keep up to date with the social media trends.**

Ø **Organize and plan meetings with the team.**

Ø **Assist the Business development team with the day to day tasks.**

Ø **Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.**

Ø **Discussing and reporting the daily tasks to the supervisor.**

Ø **Set and achieve account targets.**

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panaji, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Social media marketing: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
