As our Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to:

- **Increase brand awareness and engagement**: Craft compelling content across various platforms, manage online communities, and drive meaningful interactions with target audiences.
- **Generate leads and conversions**: Utilize social media advertising to reach the right audience and convert them into paying customers.
- **Measure and analyze results**: Track key metrics, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- **Stay ahead of the curve**: Identify and implement emerging social media trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and optimize social media profiles and communities.
- Schedule and publish content calendars for consistent engagement.
- Run targeted social media advertising campaigns and analyze their performance.
- Monitor brand mentions and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, PR) to achieve social media goals.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive reports.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
