**Job Title: Social Media Manager**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- **Community Management**: Monitor and engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to drive engagement, increase followers, and meet marketing objectives.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media metrics and track the performance of campaigns using analytical tools. Provide regular reports and insights to management, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.
- **Budget Management**: Manage social media advertising budgets effectively, optimizing spending to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
