**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and customer needs through detailed market research.
- Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services, addressing client objectives effectively.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with established legal and company guidelines.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer support and maintain client satisfaction.

**Sales Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenues, and invoices.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for management.

**Team Development**:

- Mentor and train entry-level sales staff, developing them into valuable contributors.

**Requirements and Skills:Qualifications**:

- **Education**: MBA in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a **Business Development Manager**, **Sales Executive**, or a similar role in manufacturing or related industries.
- A strong sales track record with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of market trends and business strategies.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management and planning abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 yrs

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Sales revenue growth.
- Customer acquisition rate.
- Client satisfaction and retention.
- Efficiency in sales reporting and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
