**Requirements**:
**What do we need?**

We are looking for passionate and motivated Talent Operations who would help us make things streamlined. You would be closely working with Sandhya on setting up Talent policies and processes, Employer branding, and managing internal stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to help Reveal on its course of creating global digital health products

**What are we looking for?**

Very simply put, we are looking for someone who wouldn't shy away from taking ownership to build things from scratch, is extremely curious about making things better, and runs all the operations related to Talent seamlessly.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Fresher or someone with less than 2 years of experience in HR
- If you are a fresher, MBA in HR is a definite requirement
- Experience with healthcare companies will be a plus
