Job Title: Sales Executive - Digital Marketing

Reports to: Sales Manager/Director

Location: Kolkata

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell services.

3. Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.

4. Negotiate and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Creative, and Strategy) to deliver client solutions.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights.

7. Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.

8. Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and report sales performance.

**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of sales experience in digital marketing or related industry.

2. Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
