**Job Overview**

This role focuses on managing and converting leads who have signed up but haven’t yet completed payment, educating them on the value of our services, and converting them into paying customers. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Executive will act as an advisor for existing members, providing guidance based on their purchased packages, assisting with navigation, and supporting them through each step of their digital journey. The role also includes responsibilities related to upselling opportunities and participation in digital marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Conversion**:

- Engage with inactive account leads (sign-ups who have not completed payment).
- Educate these leads on the benefits of our digital marketing and consultancy services and encourage them to complete the purchase process.
- Address potential concerns, answer questions, and provide information to help convert leads into paying customers.
- **Customer Advisory & Support**:

- Act as a trusted advisor for existing members, helping them understand and navigate our offerings.
- Guide members through the basics of their purchased pack, ensuring they maximize the value of their investment.
- Provide ongoing support as members progress, assisting with any questions or issues they may encounter.
- **Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities**:

- Conduct scheduled appointments with members to introduce additional products or upgraded services based on their needs and goals.
- Inform members about premium options and encourage them to consider higher-value packs or services to enhance their experience and results.
- **Digital Marketing Participation**:

- Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including creating or supporting content that resonates with leads and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that improve lead conversion and engagement with current members.
- Analyze feedback from leads and customers to continuously enhance the user experience and marketing approach.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, customer support, or sales roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to build trust and relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
