**Job Title**: Sales Supervisor

**Location**: Hisar, Haryana
**Industry**: Building Materials (Preferred: Plywood, Paints, Sanitation, Electrical, Tiles)

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory. This role involves managing distributor/channel partner relationships, ensuring proper market penetration, and leading a team of sales executives to drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly and annual **primary & secondary sales targets**.
- Develop and manage channel partners/distributors for business development.
- Handle **channel sales** operations including order booking, stock management, and credit control.
- Drive new product launches and promotional campaigns at the ground level.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure target achievement and market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strategize accordingly.
- Conduct regular market visits for customer engagement and territory analysis.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation (sales reports, forecast, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) for smooth sales operations.
- Provide training and support to team members for performance improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BBA/B.Com)
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in **channel sales** within related industries (Plywood, Paints, Sanitaryware, Electricals, Tiles, etc.)

- Strong understanding of the local market (Hisar & surrounding areas)
- Team management and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sales planning and forecasting
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Result-oriented and self-motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
