**Role Statement**
As an Executive Assistant to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support, managing communication, and ensuring the efficient operation of the directorate.

**Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude)**
**1. Knowledge**:
Minimum Graduate in Commerce/ Science or Engineering
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is preferred
**2. Skills**:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
**3. Attitude**
Proactive and results-oriented.
Strong learning Curve
Collaborative team player.
Discretion in handling confidential information
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
4. Conduct research and compile information as required by the director.
5. Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Assist in organizing and planning events and functions.
**Technical Proficiency Criteria**
**(MUST HAVE)**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- MS Team)
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with online communication and collaboration tools.
