**The Role Context**:Handling the operations and deployment of Wadhwani Opportunity offerings and product. The role will involve day to day transactions and connect with partner organizations and share periodic data and report analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- To support WSN mission and always have “beneficiary first” mindset
- Support State Skilling Missions, Skilling Schemes, University, Govt, ITIs, Polytechnic & Schools Channel
- Support in monitoring trainers performance on NextGen
- Support in monitoring students performance on NextGen(certifocation with >=70% marks )
Use data & reports for analytics & action planning-Prepare data from BI tools, Followup on daily basis
- Support in field visits to collect feedback from students and trainers
- With complete ownership to drive >70% certification from Enrollment
- Support in managing records and data files of ongoing programs
- Ensure the best possible learner experience and outcomes
- CRM point, Review with Client SPoC for learning progression

**Skills &** **Experience**:

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1-3 year
- Excellent communication skills: Written and oral
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Analytical skills
- Presentation Skills
- Dynamic & Flexible skills
- Experience of skilling ecosystem
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrate an ability to prioritize workload to tight deadlines
- The profile need to travel frequently and is a target oriented Job
- Should be from South and also know Hindi
