Program Associate

At Enviu we're looking for a Program Associate to join our team.

**About Us**:
Hi We are Enviu, a social impact venture-building studio. We are looking for a Program Associate with experience in Measurement & Evaluation, who can join us on our crazy mission to build social impact ventures and drive systemic change. You will do so by using your passion to stay on top of developments in the têxtile sector, combined with a love for data gathering and analysis, and excellent writing skills to contribute to grant management and fundraising.

**About the Role**:
As a Program Associate, you will contribute to Enviu’s Reweave program in India. Reweave is an initiative to close the loop on têxtile waste in which we have developed key interventions to fill gaps in the têxtile value chain in India, Kenya, and Bangladesh. As an example, this has led to the start-up UpTex (one of its kind sorting center for têxtile waste). What we do at Enviu is not easy, with changing systems, building ventures, and developing markets. Nevertheless, our ambition is big, and we will continue to build circular business models in the têxtile value chain.

You will work closely with the program team in India. In the process of enabling sustainable business solutions, you will fulfil a key role in program management support, fundraising support and impact monitoring.

**About the Role**:

- Support in executing all aspects of program management, including research, reports, planning and executing training under various projects
- Lead in the completion of grant reporting, writing timely, detailed reports to funders in line with their stated requirements
- Support The Regional Program Manager on day-to-day implementation of all key M&E processes:

- Assist with activity-level monitoring and verification of results in the field, including ensuring that data is complete, accurate, and consistent with agreements and reports
- Work closely with venture builders to ensure capturing the necessary outcome and impact data for reporting requirements
- Report the progress of objectives and goals of the program and projects.
- Proactively identify, research and develop a pipeline of grant/funding opportunities both on program and on venture level
- Secure funding for the program’s continuity by (supporting in) developing and writing winning funding proposals
- Support the Marketeer with timely program / venture updates and content
- Provide admin and CRM support
- Assist in producing program materials, such as website content and conference presentations

**WHO YOU ARE**:
You’d be perfect for the role if you have:

- You have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field (international studies, business, social science or management)
- A proven track record of 3- 6 years work experience in project and program development, fundraising, grant writing (proposals >200k EUR), ME&L and research
- The innate ability to synthesize information quickly into coherent text
- Highly starred analytical and data management skills, with an eye for detail
- Excellent writing skills to write engaging proposals, adjusted to the needs of the funder
- A passion for Reweave’s mission and a high intrinsic motivation
- The ability to juggle different tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks and projects efficiently
- The ability to be flexible, well-organized and self-sufficient, with a hands-on mentality

And it would be a plus if you have:

- Experience in an impact space in the fields of circular business
- Familiarity with logic models, log frames and theories of change in development context
