Position Summary

We are looking for a high-performing IT Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a driven, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results and rewards. You will be responsible for meeting aggressive sales quotas by selling VSI’s comprehensive technology solutions to clients around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas with a strong focus on closing new business.
- Sell across VSI's full spectrum of services:

- Applications & Custom Software Development
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Business Process Automation
- Cloud Solutions (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- IT Consulting
- Cybersecurity
- Data & Analytics
- Digital Experience Platforms
- Engineering Solutions
- Sustainability and Green IT
- Work directly with global clients across time zones, adapting to various business cultures and procurement processes.
- Identify new leads, conduct discovery calls, and create solution-based sales proposals.
- Partner with technical and delivery teams to design and present winning solutions.
- Effectively use CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and report activity.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Quota & Compensation
- Annual Sales Quota: $1.5M+ in new business revenue
- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
- Top performers have the potential to earn six-figure commissions and access to incentive bonuses and rewards.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of B2B IT sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions and engage C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with international clients or in a global sales environment.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and enterprise digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is essential; experience with Salesforce CRM is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
