**Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution**
- Plan and execute **performance marketing campaigns** across platforms like **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)**, **LinkedIn**, and **other paid channels**.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance and meet key business objectives.
- Manage and optimize **PPC**, **display ads**, **remarketing**, and **retargeting** campaigns.
- Conduct **A/B testing** to analyze and improve ad performance.

**Data Analysis & Optimization**
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as **CTR**, **CPC**, **CPA**, and **ROAS**.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for **cost efficiency**, **click-through rates**, and **conversion rates**.
- Use data insights to improve audience targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.

**Content & Creative Management**
- Collaborate with the **design** and **content teams** to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Ensure all creatives align with the brand’s messaging and guidelines.

**Budget Management**
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize **ROI**.
- Forecast spending and allocate budgets to achieve campaign goals.

**Market Research & Trends**
- Stay updated with **digital marketing trends**, platform updates, and best practices.
- Identify new growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve campaign performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
