**Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Kanpur
**Salary**: Up to 25,000 INR per month
**Experience**: 6 months to 1 year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Create, execute, and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.). Optimize campaigns to achieve desired goals like lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at improving the overall performance and efficiency of online campaigns. Adjust strategies based on performance data to achieve optimal results.
- **Analysis and Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, conversion rate, etc.). Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and present insights for continuous improvement.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI. Monitor spending closely to stay within budget limits.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing and business goals. Collaborate on ideas for improving campaign performance and meeting set targets.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
- Ability to analyze performance data and draw actionable insights.
- Basic knowledge of budget management and optimizing ROI.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics tools.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimization strategies.
