JOB Discription:
Brief Description:
- The position of call centre agent (inbound & outbound) consists of being the first line of contact for users with Road Side Assistance/Medical Assistance/Health Assistance. We are searching for a polite, professional call centre representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service by answering questions, handling complaints. The call centre representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each customer.

Position Name: -Customer service Executive (inbound and outbound call)

Job Profile:
- Analyze Customer problems and providing solutions using the knowledge based

Assist less experienced representatives as necessary

Diagnose customer issues through process of elimation by asking probing questions

Document issues appropriately based on existing guidelines

Explain service contract provisions to dissatisfied customers

Provide easily understood answers adapted to the customers situation

Adherence to the Standard Operating Procedure and follow the scripts

Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

Qualification and requirements:
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice

Ability to use logics and reason to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions.

A college degree or equivalent

Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and strong typing skills.

Previous customer service experience, especially in practical industry preferred.

Strong time management and decision-making skills.

Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Take responsibility from time to time

Pay: Up to ₹15-30 K per month
