**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a minimum of 15 client training sessions daily on the Petrosoft software

platform.
- Clearly explain product features, setup, and usage to clients in an effective and

friendly manner.
- Deliver training sessions in multiple South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil,

Telugu, Malayalam, etc.) based on client preference.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing queries, demonstrating

patience, and providing post-training support as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions and feedback from clients.
- Collaborate with the product and support teams to stay updated on new features and

client concerns.
- Participate in continuous learning to improve training techniques and product

knowledge.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in at least 2-3 South Indian languages is a must.
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of software systems.
- Ability to handle multiple client sessions efficiently and with quality.
- Good interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.
- Prior experience in training or customer support (even as an intern) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the petroleum or retail software industry will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
