**What this job can offer you**
- Assist new employees with Benefits & Compensation Issues
- Research and respond to questions from employees and management regarding the interpretation of benefit plans
- Resolve & investigate tickets or escalations through Zendesk
- Provides product and transactional support to customers, external employees and prospects
- Assists customers with billing transaction inquiries; assists with tasks including compliance marketing, data preparation, data entry, and assistance with new products and services
- Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up
**What you bring**
- An experience in employee welfare benefits
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with team members and external contacts
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates, clients and vendors at all levels; writes and speaks fluent English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn other programs as required
**Practicals**

- **Location**: You need to be available to work within the EMEA timezone
- **Start date**: As soon as possible
