**Job Title**: Business Development Manager (BDM)
**Location**: Satellite
**Department**: Sales / Business Development
**Reports To**: Head of Sales / Managing Director
**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The role involves strategic planning, sales management, and market analysis to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate products/services to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align on customer solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and conferences.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-7 years of experience in business development or sales (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Revenue and profit growth
- Number of new clients acquired
- Client retention and satisfaction
- Lead conversion rate
- Sales pipeline development
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
